What will your team look like?

In the Czech Republic, you will be part of the Sales & Projects team, which primarily focuses on project management, acquisitions, and sales of our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project business – actively offering our products within newly announced projects for Správa železnic, which is our end customer
Ensuring acquisitions – finding new opportunities
Tenders within Správa železnic
Closely cooperating with direct customers (e.g., EŽ Praha, etc.) and end customers (Správa železnic)
Reporting to the Sales & Projects team in Prague, and eventually to Germany and England
A proactive approach in improving project management processes and tools is expected from you

What we expect from you:

Very good knowledge of Czech and English, German is an advantage
Education in electrical engineering with a focus on high voltage
Work experience in project management
Experience with railway/traction power supply technology is an advantage
Experience in business negotiation – customer orientation
