What kind of benefits you can look forward to have in our company?

The flexible employee benefits system is splitted into fixed benefits that are the same for everyone and flexible benefits that everyone can choose according to them. Each of our employee has a set budget at their disposal, which they can use for flexible benefits. Our employees can use the allocated budget during the business year according to their discretion. Everyone decides on it's combination of benefits, and at the same time they can enjoy fixed benefits that are the same for everyone.

We understand that it is important to rest and re-charge. Our employees have 5 weeks of holidays per calendar year and they can buy 8 more days via cafeteria program.
