At the moment, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Requirements and Documentation Specialist to join our team in the Commuter and Regional Trains Business Unit.

 

How will your team look like:

You will be cooperating closely with colleagues in Germany who will provide you with effective support and to whom you will also report. In Prague, you will be part of a small newly created team. Your team will consist of project management specialists who work on various offers and projects in the Commuter and Regional Trains department. You will regularly attend meetings with the German team for bid management and communicate daily with Czech colleagues from the Engineering department. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage requirements for our commuter rail vehicles projects using a requirements management tool, supporting its users and creating project-specific reports and metrics
  • Communicate daily with engineers and owners of these requirements to coordinate them
  • Independently manage the delivery process of required documents specified in customer tenders
  • Evaluate and comment on documentation requirements
  • Report regularly to project managers, providing expertise and working independently within the project structure
  • Bring new optimization ideas within your area of responsibility
Qualifications:
  • University degree 
  • Working communication level in German and Czech, English is an advantage 
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other productivity tools
  • Ability to organize tasks, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates initiative, learning and analytical skills, assertiveness, and the ability to quickly adapt to complex topics
