We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will be a key part of our team and help optimize IT systems in the field of outbound logistics. If you have experience with SAP and want to be involved in global projects, this position is perfect for you.

Main responsibilities:

• Optimization of IT Systems for Logistics – Support and development of SAP solutions for outbound logistics as part of the global migration to EWM and S/4HANA
• Support for EH&S Processes – IT specialist for hazardous materials handling, coordinating requirements with process owners
• Export and Customs Processing – Expert consulting in export and customs logistics, including support during audits
• SAP Customizing – Implementation and adjustment of SAP solutions, preparation of development specifications, and their approval
• Incident Management – Resolving IT system incidents and identifying opportunities to optimize logistics processes
• Project Management – Leading own projects or managing sub-projects within larger initiatives

Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in Project Management and deep knowledge of supply chain and warehouse logistics processes
• SAP knowledge by level:
  • Advanced level: LE (Logistics Execution)
  • Intermediate level: SD (Sales & Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
  • Basic level: MM (Material Management), CS (Customer Service), TM (Transportation Management), FICO (Finance & Controlling)
• Experience with S/4HANA, EWM, and return processes in SAP ARM is an advantage
• Fluency in English and German is required
